Ingredients

Instructions
In a large kettle, combine apples and cranberry juice.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until soft.
Process apples in food mill or food processor until you have a smooth puree.
Back in the kettle, combine puree, sugar, and spices.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil gently, stirring often, until mixture is thickened and spreadable.
Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
