Ingredients

12-ounce package cranberries
▢

cup
water
▢

cup
tangerine or orange juice
▢

sugar

–2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
In a kettle or saucepan, combine cranberries, water, and juice.
Boil until berries pop, then cool for 1 hour.
Blend berry mixture until smooth.
Back in the kettle or saucepan, combine sugar and cinnamon with berry mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Simmer until thickened, stirring often.
Ladle into clean jars.
Process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
