Cranberry White Chocolate Brittle

Ingredients

white chocolate chips

dried cranberries

cup
slivered pecans
▢

cup
toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
Prepare a large baking sheet by greasing or covering with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl until they are soft and completely melted.
Stir every 30 to 60 seconds until done.
Mix in the cranberries and pecans.
Pour into the prepared cookie dish.
Top with toasted coconut flakes.
Let cool for 1 – 2 hours until hardened.
Break into pieces to serve.
