Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
This old-fashioned coffee cake is easy to make. A bumpy streusel top adds a rustic look and yummy flavor.

Instructions
Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; add to butter mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Mix at low speed just until blended after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour batter into a greased 13- x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with Topping.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
