Instructions
In a blender, combine the soy milk and soft silken tofu.
Add the frozen bananas, honey, vanilla extract, and carob powder (if using) to the blender.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a splash more soy milk to reach your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Optionally, you can garnish with a sprinkle of carob powder or sliced bananas on top.
