Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of ham.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and sherry cooking wine (if using).
Place the wrapped chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Pour the sour cream and soup mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serve the creamy chicken and ham bake hot.
