Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper seeded and cut into large pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons powdered Ranch dressing mix
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender; blend just until combined.
