Creamy Parmesan Polenta

Ingredients

Instructions
In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth to a boil over medium heat.
Once the broth is boiling, add the 16-ounce package of polenta cubes.
Stir the polenta in the broth, breaking up any pieces, and cook until the polenta becomes smooth.
This typically takes about 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Stir in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Mix until the cheese is well incorporated, and the polenta is creamy and seasoned.
Sprinkle a dash of paprika on top for additional flavor and garnish.
