Instructions
In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin powder, shallot powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
Cook the shrimp mixture in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
Line the air fryer cooking basket with aluminum foil and spread the tortilla chips evenly.
Top the chips with the cooked shrimp mixture, minced pickled jalapeño, and grated Pepper Jack cheese.
Cook in the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve the nachos garnished with sour cream and enjoy immediately.
