Crema Guacamole

This creamy guacamole is so addictive. Have a treat with it.

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
  • ½ medium white onion finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Roma tomato finely diced
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork until mostly smooth.
  • Mix in Mexican crema or sour cream until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
  • Serve guacamole.
