thawed

16-ounce package phyllo dough

egg
beaten with 2 tablespoons water (egg wash)
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Sauté shallots, garlic, and chili peppers for about 3 minutes until tender.
Add ground chuck and bacon to the saucepan.
Cook for 4 minutes, crumbling the meat with a fork.
Season with salt, black pepper, cumin powder, turmeric, and coriander.
Stir in the thawed peas.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F and brush the basket with cooking oil.
Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each phyllo sheet.
Fold the sheets into triangles, pressing the edges to seal.
Brush the tops with egg wash.
Bake in the Air Fryer for 7 to 8 minutes, working in batches as needed.
Serve warm, optionally with Indian tomato sauce.
