Ingredients

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

heaping tablespoon Fresh parsley
finely chopped

Fresh oregano or marjoram
chopped (or 1 teaspoon of either)

Freshly ground pepper

Chicken wings
cut up

melted
Instructions
reheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix freshly grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh oregano or marjoram, salt, and freshly ground pepper together.
Place the mixture on a dry tray.
Dip each piece of chicken wing into the melted butter, then roll it in the cheese mixture, coating it well.
Place the coated wings on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, turning the wings when they become browned.
Wings will freeze well.
Thaw in the refrigerator and reheat in a 375°F oven.
