Pozole

chicken stock

Instructions
Cube ribs and brown pork in oiled pan
Sauté onion
Drain fat
Combine in crock pot all ingredients
Cook on low for 5-6 hours

Variation
Chicken Pozole:
Use chicken breasts instead of pork. Add extra olive oil when browning to enhance richness. Add 12 oz chicken broth to reduce thickness.
