Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with baking cups.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients.
Beat with a whisk until well combined and smooth.
Divide the batter evenly into the baking cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
