Deluxe Chicken Casserole

diced cooked chicken

chopped celery

chopped walnuts or pecans

10¾-ounce can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

finely chopped onion

teaspoon
salt
▢

black pepper

ground red pepper

tablespoon
lemon juice

mayonnaise
▢
¼
cup
water
▢

hard-cooked eggs
sliced
▢

coarsely crumbled potato chips
Instructions
Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise and water; stir with a wire whisk until smooth.
Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken mixture.
Gently fold in egg slices.
Spoon mixture into a greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish; top with potato chips.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
