Instructions
Preheat your Air Fryer to 380°F.
Pierce the sausages all over with a fork and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
Add the carrots to the basket, along with the Dijon mustard, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Toss everything until well coated.
Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, until the carrots are tender and sausages are heated through.
