Instructions
In a small bowl, blend together softened butter, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, salt (if using), and white pepper.
Transfer the seasoned butter to a cast-iron skillet and heat over medium heat until the butter mixture is melted.
Add the sole fillets to the skillet.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the Dill Butter Sole with additional dill weed and lemon wedges as desired.
