Equipment

  • cocktail shake

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 2½ ounces vodka chilled
  • ¼ ounce dry vermouth
  • ½ ounce olive juice from a jar of olives, or to taste
  • Pimiento-stuffed green olives for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill a martini glass.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the vodka, vermouth, and olive juice, and stir.
  • Strain into the chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with olives and serve.
