Instructions
Toss the chicken with salt, pepper, shallot powder, and fajita seasoning mix.
Roast in the preheated Air Fryer at 390°F for 9 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and roast for an additional 8 minutes.
For the salsa, mix the chili, tomatoes, and coriander in a bowl.
Squeeze over the lime juice, add olive oil, and stir to combine well.
Warm the tortillas in your Air Fryer at 200°F for 10 minutes.
Serve the chicken fajitas with warm tortillas and fresh salsa.
