Easy Chicken Meatballs
Chicken meatballs are a healthy alternative to using ground beef. These chicken meatballs have a lighter texture; they are simply delicious! Eat these with your favorite pasta and sauce.

Ingredients

of ground chicken

egg
▢

cup
of Parmesan cheese
▢

cup
of breadcrumbs
▢

cloves
of garlic
minced
▢

teaspoons
of oregano
▢
½
teaspoon
of salt
▢
2
tablespoons
of olive oil
Instructions
Mix ground chicken, egg, Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic oregano, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Be sure that all of the ingredients are combined evenly.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Warm olive oil over high heat in a large non-stick skillet.
Place meatballs in pan (8 at a time), and cook until each side is browned evenly.
This generally takes about 8 minutes per meatball.
Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon to drain excess oil.

Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
