Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, oregano, and salt.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat.
Place the meatballs in the skillet, cooking about 8 at a time.
Cook each side until browned evenly, which should take about 8 minutes per meatball.
Remove the cooked meatballs from the skillet using a slotted spoon to drain any excess oil.
