Instructions
How do I prepare it?
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well blended.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, making about 36 meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are no longer pink in the center.
Serve the meatballs over fettuccine noodles, and garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese.
