e.g., Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions
Preheat your Air Fryer to 390°F.
Season each piece of chicken with garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and freshly cracked black pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil with crushed saltines.
Dip each chicken piece into the cracker mixture to coat.
Roll each coated chicken piece in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Place the nuggets in the Air Fryer basket in batches and cook for 8 minutes.
To reheat, place the nuggets back in the basket and cook for an additional 1 minute.
Serve with French fries, if desired.
