Easy Turkey Meatballs
These low-fat meatballs are filled with enough protein to curb your appetite for hours. These are best served with fettuccine noodles. Add tomatoes and garlic for an Italian twist.

Ingredients

of ground turkey

of chopped onion

of dried bread crumbs

tablespoons
of Parmesan
plus additional Parmesan for serving

of salt

Pepper
to taste

basil
thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Mix turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. It should make about 36 meatballs.
Bake the meatballs for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are no longer pink.
Mix the meatballs with pasta, and cover the dish with basil and Parmesan cheese.
