Instructions
Wash the carrots, celery, apple, beet, wheatgrass, and parsley under cold water.
Trim off the ends of the carrots and beet.
Cut the celery into 1-inch chunks.
Core and quarter the apple.
Place all ingredients into the juicer and run them through according to the manufacturer's instructions, extracting all the juice.
Strain the juice to remove any pulp and obtain a smoother consistency.
