Fiesta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn

Dressing:

  • 2 tomatoes peeled and diced or 1 can whole
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • tomatoes drained well and diced
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup sliced ripe olives
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ¼ cup diced green pepper
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 small onion chopped fine

Instructions

  • Pour dressing over vegetables and toss.
  • Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
