of honey

of eggplants

Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste
Instructions
Take a large saucepan.
Add the olive oil into the pan.
Add the eggplant slices into the pan.
Fry the eggplant slices till they turn brown on all sides.
Add the salt and black pepper on the peppers.
Mix well.
Add the honey and chopped parsley on top of the eggplants.
The dish is ready to be served.
