Frozen Meadow Tea Concentrate

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar or less
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 large handful garden tea
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • water

Instructions

  • Boil sugar in 5 cups water.
  • Pour over garden tea.
  • Cover and steep for 1 hour.
  • Remove tea.
  • Add juices.
  • Freeze.

Notes & Wine Advice

This makes a concentrate which must be diluted with 2 parts water to 1 part concentrate.
