Frozen Peas Guacamole

Adding frozen peas to guacamole makes it greener, creamier, and with better texture.

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
  • 1 jalapeno pepper or to taste cored and finely chopped 1 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Blend frozen peas in a food processor until smooth.
  • Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
  • Add remaining ingredients including peas and fold in well.
  • Serve guacamole.
