Instructions
Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
Add cocoa; cook, stirring constantly, just until mixture begins to boil.
Pour mixture into medium bowl; cool completely.
Add powdered sugar alternately with milk to cocoa mixture, beating to spreading consistency.
Stir in vanilla.
