Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
Place the clove of garlic in the air fryer and cook with a little olive oil for 10 minutes until roasted.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dried thyme, black pepper, and the remaining olive oil.
Squeeze the roasted garlic into the thyme mixture and blend well.
Brush the garlic and thyme mixture generously over the lamb chops.
Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
