Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet or large saucepan over medium heat.
Add sliced garlic and cook until lightly golden.
Add broccoli to the skillet, increase heat to medium-high, and cook and stir gently until the broccoli is almost tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, reduce heat, and simmer until the broccoli is tender.
Stir the cooked rigatoni pasta into the skillet, mix thoroughly, and heat through.
Transfer the Garlic Basil Broccoli Pasta to a serving dish.
Top with fresh basil, pepper to taste, and optional grated Parmesan cheese.
