Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°F and spritz the cooking basket with nonstick cooking oil.
Mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin powder.
Shape the mixture into four patties and place them in the Air Fryer.
Cook for 10 minutes, then turn the patties and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
While the burgers are cooking, melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced red onion and sauté for 4 minutes until soft.
Add the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and vegetable stock.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, allowing the flavors to meld.
Assemble the burgers by placing the beef patties onto the hamburger buns.
Top with caramelized onion, tomato slices, and mustard.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
