Grama's Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 cups pumpkin Deb Stanley's works really well
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

frosting:

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ¾ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, this will be thin.
  • Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 350º for 20 minutes.
  • Frost with cream cheese frosting:
  • Mix until creamy, spread on cool bars.
