Instructions
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Thread the chicken, green pepper, onion, and red pepper onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
Place the skewers on a lightly oiled grill or grill pan.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning and brushing with barbecue sauce frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Ensure that the chicken juices run clear to indicate doneness.
Serve the grilled BBQ chicken skewers hot, with extra barbecue sauce on the side if desired.
