Grilled Chicken Pineapple Sliders.

Ingredients

lemon
juiced

cider vinegar

Salt and black pepper to taste

chicken breasts
cut in half

pineapple rings
▢

tablespoons
teriyaki sauce

slices
red onion
▢

Hawaiian bread rolls

lettuce leaves
Instructions
In a bowl, add lemon juice, cider vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Add chicken, making sure to evenly coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for atleast an hour.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
Grease the grill with oil.
Place chicken onto the hot grill and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Discard the marinade.
Grill pineapple on the side.
Place a toasted roll on a plate and add 1 tsp.
teriyaki sauce.
Layer a lettuce leaf on top, a piece of chicken, an onion slice and a pineapple round.
Repeat with the remaining rolls.
