Grilled Guacamole
If you love some extraness, grill your avocados before mashing them into guacamole. You’ll be thankful for the smoky tones.

Ingredients
Serves: 4

ripe avocados
pitted
▢

olive oil

medium
white onion
finely diced
▢

Roma tomato
finely diced
▢
1
jalapeno pepper or to taste
cored and finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
▢
⅓
cup
chopped fresh cilantro
▢
¼
tsp
ground cumin
▢
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss avocados with olive oil and grill in a grill pan over medium heat for 1 to 3 minutes or until slightly toasted.
Stir frequently.
Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
Serve guacamole.
