Guinness Burgers with Cheddar Cheese and Bacon
Need a delicious burger to make just in time for St. Patty’s day, then look no further! These delicious burgers can be topped off with your favorite toppings for even tastier results.

Ingredients

of lean ground beef

Tablespoons
of onion
minced
▢

clove
of garlic
minced
▢
2
teaspoons
of Dijon mustard
▢
¼
cup
of Guinness beer
▢
½
Tablespoons
of extra virgin olive oil
▢

teaspoon
of salt
▢
Dash of black pepper
▢
Extra virgin olive oil
for cooking
▢
4
slices
of Irish cheddar cheese
think slices
▢
8
slices
of bacon
thick cut and cooked
▢

English muffins
split open and toasted
Instructions
In a bowl, add in the lean ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Guinness beer and olive oil.
Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
Stir well to mix.
Shape the beef mix into 4 patties and place onto a baking sheet.
Cover and set into the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium or high heat.
Grease the grill witch a touch of olive oil.
Add the patties to the grill.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Add the slices of Irish cheddar cheese onto the patties.
Cook for an additional minute.
Transfer the burger patties onto the English muffins.
Top off with the bacon slices.
