Hot Reuben Dip

This recipe takes the traditional Reuben sandwich flavours and combines them into one seriously addictive dip. Serve with your favourite vegetables for dipping.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 230 grams cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped deli corned beef
  • 1 cup drained sauerkraut
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese divided
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until combined.
  • Add corned beef, sauerkraut, ½ cup Swiss cheese and caraway seeds.
  • Spoon mixture into an ungreased 15cm oven-safe baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Place dish in air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
