Instructions
Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
With processor running, pour olive oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream; process until smooth.
Chill 1 hour.
Notes & Wine Advice
Serve hummus with carrot and celery sticks, asparagus spears, sugar snap peas, and red bell pepper strips.
