Hungarian Goulash in Crock Pot
Description: You can serve this goulash over rice or spaetzle. Make it in your slow cooker and serve hot.

Ingredients

Salt: 2 teaspoons
▢
Cubed beef roast
chuck: 2 pounds
▢
Sweet paprika: 2 teaspoons
▢
Diced onion: 1 large
▢
Dry mustard: ½ teaspoon
▢
Ketchup: ½ cup
▢
Water: 1 ¼ cups
divided
▢
Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons
▢
All-purpose flour: ¼ cup
▢
Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Put meat in your slow cooker and cover it with onion.
Take one medium bowl and mix mustard, paprika, salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup together in this bowl.
Add 1 cup water to the mustard mixture and pour this blend over onions and beef.
Cover slow cooker and cook for almost 9 – 10 hours to tender meat.
Mix approximately ¼ cup water with flour to make the paste and mix into goulash.
Now cook on high heat for nearly 10 – 15 minutes to make sauce thick.
