reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce

white bread slices
crusts removed

fat-free milk

egg substitute

soft breadcrumbs

Vegetable cooking spray

12-ounce bottle chili sauce
▢

boiling water
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Cut bread into small pieces.
Place bread, milk, and egg substitute in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended.
Stir in meat mixture.
Shape mixture into 6 loaves; roll in breadcrumbs.
Arrange loaves on a foil-lined broiler rack or in a 13- x 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
Spread chili sauce over loaves.
Pour ½ cup boiling water into bottom of pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
