sliced into thirds

15 ounces each cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

package fresh spinach

Garlic powder and dried basil to taste

package bowtie pasta
cooked
Instructions
In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cook sausage until browned on all sides and no longer pink in the center.
Stir in chopped tomato and simmer until the tomato is soft, stirring occasionally.
Add cannellini beans and seasonings; heat through.
Fold in fresh spinach, cover, and simmer until spinach is wilted, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Stir in cooked bowtie pasta, tossing to mix and heat through.
Adjust seasonings if needed and serve hot.
