Jalapeño Popper Bites

room temperature

peeled and grated brown onion

almond flour

garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Form into 12 rectangular mounds (about 1 tablespoon each).
Cut a piece of baking paper to fit bottom of air fryer basket.
Place six pieces on baking paper in basket.
Cook for 9 minutes.
Transfer to a medium serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining pieces.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
