Juicy Strip Steak with Savory Sauce

Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 395°F.
Spritz the Air Fryer basket with cooking oil.
Toss the strip steak with chickpea flour.
Place the steak in the Air Fryer and cook for 12 minutes.
Flip the pieces and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add the Shoyu sauce, honey, mustard seeds, champagne vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, and coriander seeds.
Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer until heated through.
Make a slurry by whisking cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water.
Whisk the slurry into the sauce and continue to simmer until thickened.
Spoon the sauce over the cooked steak and serve warm.
