My mom made up this recipe one eveningwhen there wasn’t a lot to eat in the house. It has since become a favoritecomfort food!

pkg. Kielbasa sausage
sliced

cans diced tomatoes

chopped

zucchini
quartered and sliced

yellow squash
quartered and sliced

seasoned salt
▢

cloves
garlic
crushed
▢

cube beef bouillon
▢
1
t.
dried oregano
▢

redskin or russet potatoes
cubed
Instructions
In a stockpot, combine all ingredients except potatoes.
Cover ingredients with water; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
Add potatoes during last 30 minutes of cook time.
