Kielbasa Soup from Peter Maxwell

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes – peeled and cut
  • 2 carrots – sliced
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 2 stalks celery – chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 lb kielbasa – sliced thin
  • 1 can bean & bacon soup

Instructions

  • Put vegetables, kielbasa, soup, and water in crock pot
  • Cook on high heat 2-3 hours, Or on low for 6-7 hours

Notes & Wine Advice

Serve with baguette or other crunchy bread
