Ingredients

cooking oil

marjoram

cider vinegar

dried rosemary

Worcestershire sauce

boneless lean lamb
pork, beef,

onion
finely chopped

venison
chicken, or turkey, cut into 1 ½ to 2" cubes

teaspoon
salt
▢

teaspoon
sugar
▢
large
rolls or buns
▢
½
teaspoon
dried basil
Instructions
In a glass or plastic bowl, combine first nine ingredients.
Add meat and toss to coat.
Cover and let marinate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
When ready to cook, thread meat on metal skewers and grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove meat from skewers and serve on rolls or buns

Can also be made with pork, beef, venison, chicken, or turkey.
