Lamb Panini Burger

thick medium pita bread with pockets
Instructions
Mix the parsley, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, oil, salt, onion and lamb using a fork.
Let the meat rest while covered for about one hour.
Fill the pitas with the meat mixture.
Cook the sandwiches on medium heat for about 10 minutes as you flip them halfway.
Ensure the lamb gets to cook through, and the bread becomes crunchy.
