Maple-Bacon Oven Pancake
This oven pancake is really a breakfast casserole. Maple syrup, Cheddar cheese, and bacon make a surprising combination.

all-purpose baking mix

milk

maple syrup

6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

bacon slices
cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in ½ cup cheese.
Pour into a greased and floured 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 425° for 12 minutes.
Sprinkle pancake with remaining 1 cup cheese and bacon; bake 3 to 5 more minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut into squares, and serve with maple syrup.
